Bare Bones is getting a sequel!


So over the past few weeks I have started a new entry in the same universe as Bare Bones. The original game is unfinished and still leaves a lot to be desired with what I could do with this character and theme. I've always wanted to do more with this since the end of the jam back in July.

After trying a few different play styles, I think this game is best suited as a fast paced fighting / brawler. There's something so satisfying to me about seeing this character perform some bad-ass drop kicks onto the zombie's heads. I hope to add a good amount of depth to the game but still easy enough to pick right up. Some interesting mechanics are planned like hit combos that give you a score multiplier, being able to rewind time to avoid death, and a possible local multi-player mode.
